Its time the portal of the Town Hall was opened to the people of the City who fund it and not have to crawl through the insidiousd masonic tunnels within it. This fantastic Heritage building should be like Sheffield and other City Halls have its Front Door open to all . A cities democracy can be measured by the people who walk in and out of it .It seems to Billie those that come and go do so in the Shadows - Let the people Speak !!!!
